As an international breakdown service advisor, you are the lifeline for stranded drivers across Europe. When a truck breaks down on the road, you take full ownership of the case from start to finish. You analyze the situation, coordinate with the nearest repair service, and ensure the customer gets back on the road quickly and with complete peace of mind. Working alongside a close-knit, multicultural team in a continuous shift model, you provide 24/7 top-tier support. Communication is key: you maintain constant contact with all parties involved and apply creative problem-solving when unexpected challenges arise.

  • Provide telephone and written support to international customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns
  • Take end-to-end ownership of breakdown cases across Europe
  • Maintain regular contact with repair dealers and closely monitor repair progress
