Our client is a family-owned industrial company specialized in solutions for electric motors, gearmotors, pumps, and fans. They are currently looking for an experienced Motor Winder to join their workshop team in Belgium.
You will work in a technical production environment where precision, quality, and craftsmanship are key. A strong onboarding program is provided, allowing you time to adapt to the trade.
Your responsibilities include:

• Winding of electric motors (AC and DC)
• Insulation and protection of windings
• Checking coils (inductance, continuity, static and dynamic balance)
• Working based on technical drawings and winding sheets
• Determining electrical component properties from plans and existing windings
• Producing different types of motors, mainly in small series
• Working with copper wires of various thicknesses
• Operating conventionally controlled workshop machines

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled professional:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in motor winding or similar technical work
• Experience with AC and DC motors
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings
• Precise, independent, and eager to learn
• Good command of English
• European nationality
• Driving licence B is a plus
• Flexible and reliable attitude
