Must-haves for this job

The following qualifications are required for the position of order picker.

• Experience in warehouse work
• Good knowledge of Dutch or English
• Physical fitness allowing work in a warehouse
• Ability to work under time pressure, punctuality, and good work organization
• Willingness to cooperate with the team and availability to work from Monday to Friday from 13:00–21:30

What you can expect

Salary and extra-legal benefits

Here is what you can expect:

• Your wage is from 16.35 euros per hour.
• You receive meal vouchers worth 9.5 euros for each working day.
• Once a year, you receive eco vouchers worth 250 euros.

Vacation days

Information about holidays and days off is as follows:

• During the holiday season, the company does not plan a collective closure.
• At Christmas and Easter, work is carried out exclusively on the night shift.
• During the summer period, a maximum of 2 weeks of leave can be planned.
• The timing of the leave is agreed in advance with the team leader.

Your workplace

The workplace is the client's warehouse in Bruges. You will join a close-knit and friendly team there.

A look at your daily tasks

As an order picker on the late shift:

• You accept and check deliveries.
• You place products in the proper places in the warehouse.
• You register goods using a scanner.
• You prepare orders for further processing.
• You ensure an efficient and orderly workplace.
• You cooperate with the team in carrying out daily tasks.
