Technical Supervisor

Client Description:
We are looking for a Technical Supervisor for our client based in Brussels.
Job Description:
Your repsonsabilities:

• Supervise technical operations and the maintenance of facilities
• Operate and monitor show systems: lighting, audio, video, special effects (FX) and show control
• Manage pre- and post-show procedures
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in real time
• Carry out preventive maintenance and any necessary repairs
• Keep technical documentation and logs up to date
• Play an active role in the development and upskilling of the technical team
• Supervise, train and support Technical Operators

Candidate Profile:

• You have solid experience in the fields of audiovisual, lighting, video or show control systems
• You have worked in environments such as events, live performance, theatre or immersive entertainment
• You are able to keep your cool and remain effective under pressure or in the face of the unexpected
• You demonstrate good communication skills, a structured approach and a strong solution-oriented mindset
