Maintenance Technician

For our sites in Neder-over-Heembeek and Brucargo, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician who maintains and optimises industrial installations with dedication and expertise.

Your responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance: carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan and inspect machines to avoid breakdowns.
• Corrective & improvement maintenance: analyse and resolve faults, replace or adjust parts, consult technical documentation and ensure optimal machine performance.
• Optimisation: analyse recurring issues and propose improvement actions to increase performance and availability.
• Use of CMMS: record interventions, write fault analyses, prepare reports and monitor stock levels.
• Safety: ensure a clean and safe working environment and actively contribute to safety improvements.
• Support & training: provide technical support to colleagues and operational teams.
• Quality & environment: work in accordance with current procedures (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).

• Solid technical background (mechanics, electricity or electromechanics).
• Autonomous, thorough and solution‑oriented.
• Experience with industrial installations is an asset. Knowledge of CMMS systems is a plus.
• Strong safety awareness, quality‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Willing to work in a 3‑shift system (Mon–Fri).
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of French / Dutch is an advantage
