Your main responsibilities:

• qualification

  • Degree in Engineering (technical domain) or an equivalent technical qualification.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role within a technically challenging environment.
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and inspire high-performing, diverse, and intercultural teams.
  • Expertise in strategy deployment, cost estimation, risk management, and resource coordination under budget constraints.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and maintain a strategic perspective.
  • Full professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
