The Supervisor II, Onsite Lab Operations Support is responsible for leading and coordinating daily lab support operations within a pharmaceutical client environment. As Supervisor II, Onsite Lab Operations Support, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of on-site laboratory support services. You lead a team of associates, ensure smooth operations, and act as the key contact for both internal stakeholders and customers.People LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a team of laboratory support associates
Set priorities, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture
Ensure effective onboarding, training, and continuous development
Operational ManagementCoordinate daily laboratory support activities, including inventory management, sample logistics, consumables handling, waste management, and general lab services
Plan resources and workflows according to operational needs and customer priorities
Maintain a hands-on approach and support operational activities when required
Ensure service continuity, efficiency, and high-quality execution
Customer & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for laboratory managers, scientists, and end users
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of service satisfaction
Lead service review meetings and align priorities with key stakeholders
Collaborate closely with internal support functions such as Operations, HR, and Commercial teams
Performance & Continuous ImprovementMonitor operational KPIs, service levels, and customer satisfaction
Analyse performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Drive process optimization initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Perform regular Gemba walks and implement sustainable solutions to operational challengesCompliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with HSE, quality, and site-specific procedures
Support audits, inspections, and CAPA activities
Promote safe working practices and adherence to SOPs and compliance standards
Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience
• Experience within a laboratory, pharmaceutical, or regulated environment is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-oriented, hands-on, and solution-driven mindset
• Experience with KPI reporting and operational performance management
• Knowledge of HSE and GxP environments is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
