Job Description:
You independently manage your partie from mise-en-place through to service. You contribute ideas and help develop new dishes. Guaranteeing quality, flavour and presentation at the highest level is not an effort for you – it is your standard. You collaborate efficiently within a dynamic kitchen team and share responsibility for stock management and food safety (HACCP).
Candidate Profile:
You have proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen. You have a thorough command of classical techniques and know how to translate them into a modern context. You are resilient under pressure, well-organised and equally strong working independently as part of a team. You communicate fluently in English. Dutch is not required.
