Temporary "Service Center Employee"

What are your responsibilities?

• You manage urgent orders from start to finish

• You discuss and follow up special orders and customer requests

• You work closely with internal and external partners in the supply chain

• You give advice about logistics and commercial solutions

• You help improve processes and ways of working

• You use new tools and technologies to support improvements

• You think about better ways of working and suggest changes

• You work together with different teams and support change

• You solve problems in a structured way and keep a high service level

Who are we looking for?

• You speak English, French and Italian very well

• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus

• You are customer-focused and service-minded

• You communicate easily and like to build a network

• You can organize your work and set priorities

• You are interested in improvements and new technologies

• You have good knowledge of Office 365

• Knowledge of SharePoint or PowerBI is a plus

• You are available from May until the end of September (with possible extension)
