Flexi-Job — Kitchen, Paesano (Saturdays)

Paesano is an Italian restaurant with a vibrant, fast-paced energy that builds as the night goes on, always with a DJ setting the tone. We're looking for a kitchen flexi-worker to join the team for Saturday shifts.

What you'll do

• Support the kitchen team during Saturday service — prep, plating, and keeping the pass moving
• Follow recipes and preparation standards consistently, including the restaurant's signature dishes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen station throughout service
• Keep pace with a busy, high-energy Saturday night crowd
• Communicate clearly with the rest of the kitchen and floor team during service

What you bring

• Some experience working in a professional kitchen
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, hands-on, and a team player
• Available to work Saturdays consistently
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
