Hands-on team player with strong communication skills
Takes ownership and makes decisions
Strong knowledge of SolidWorks and 3D CAD
Mechanical design and engineering
Production process optimization
Project management and cross-functional collaboration
Insight into manufacturing processes and ERP systems
