• key responsibilities

  As a Financial Analyst in Treasury Accounting, you will be part of the Regional Cash Management (RCM) Accounting team (8 colleagues) within a broader international Treasury division. You will take full ownership of the daily cash management and accounting transactions for assigned international affiliates, while actively participating in a major S/4HANA ERP transformation.

  • Daily cash management & postings: Handle daily postings related to electronic bank statements, follow up on interfaces, and process financial transactions within strict timeframes.
  • Affiliate set-up & integration: Onboard new affiliates in the treasury system by correctly aligning and implementing balances, master data, mapping tables, and parameters in close collaboration with Finance and Global Services teams.
  • Month-end closing & reconciliations: Perform monthly closing activities, forecastings, and rotative reconciliations within tight deadlines. Accurately report financial data to other financial departments, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items.
  • Compliance & governance: Ensure all accounting processes strictly align with US GAAP and SOX requirements.
  • International stakeholder management: Act as the primary contact for your assigned affiliates and manage interactions with global finance stakeholders.
  • Systems & transformation support: Participate in testing and support activities for the ongoing S/4HANA implementation to optimize processes, update documentation, and achieve project milestones.

• qualification

  Experience: 2 years of experience in Finance / Accounting within an international corporate environment.

  Essential knowledge: Good understanding of general accounting principles; knowledge of US GAAP and S/4HANA.

  Mindset: Accurate, reliable, proactive, and equipped with a strong compliance-driven mindset and job ownership.

  Adaptability: Stress-resistant, flexible, eager to learn, and comfortable managing tight deadlines in a changing environment.

  Communication: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage complex relationships across international cross-functional teams.
