Functieomschrijving

Ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact?
At our company, quality, craftsmanship, and no-nonsense common sense are at the core of everything we do.
Our Industrial Division is the powerhouse behind our baby carrot processing — a raw, honest environment where machines roar and your skills make all the difference. We’re looking for more than just a button-pusher; we need a strong, smart go-getter who spots what needs to be done and takes pride in a job well done.
To keep growing, we’re looking for a new (Technical) Operator to join our team!

During peak season, you'll dive into a fast-paced, high-energy environment where 45 tons of carrots flow through our production lines every hour. You'll be hands-on: monitoring machines, ensuring top-quality output, making sharp decisions, and keeping everything running smoothly with your team.
In the off-season, you’ll shift gears and work on maintenance and repairs — getting our rugged washing and sorting machines ready to roar again. This isn’t delicate lab work; it’s solid, practical, no-frills engineering where your brain and your hands work together.
