We are currently seeking an experienced, safety-focused, and reliable Reach Truck Driver to join our logistics operations in Eindhout. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily flow of goods within our warehouse, ensuring that inbound and outbound products are handled, stored, and retrieved with efficiency and precision.

You will work in an alternating 2-shift system (Early Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 / Late Shift: 14:00 – 22:00), collaborating closely with warehouse operators, team leads, and quality control personnel.

• key responsibilities

  • Operate the reach truck safely and efficiently to relocate, stack, and store palletized goods in high-bay racks.
  • Perform order picking, replenishment, and loading/unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Conduct inventory counts and check incoming goods for damaged items or discrepancies.
  • Utilize hand-held scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant working environment in line with site guidelines.

• qualification

  • Proven experience operating a reach truck (experience working in high-rack warehouses is a major plus).
  • Valid Reach Truck Certificate.
  • Willing and able to work in a rotating 2-shift system (Early: 06:00 – 14:00 / Late: 14:00 – 22:00).
  • Good working knowledge of English (or Dutch) for daily instructions and safety communications.
  • Own reliable transport to reach the site in Eindhout (Laakdal).
