As a Customer Advisor in our Liège-based team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You’ll interact with international clients through various channels – calls, emails, and chat – providing accurate, friendly, and timely support.

You will support Satellic customers through different communication channels and provide professional, efficient assistance regarding their requests and issues: handling calls, emails, and chats related to the road toll for freight vehicles in Belgium and, in the future, other projects such as Monizze, Arrive, Fain and verification of on-board documents via the CRM system.

Jouw vaardigheden & kennis

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written


• Successful completion of an English language assessment


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment


• Fluency in one or more of the following language combinations: Dutch + English, German + English, German + English + French, or German + English + Dutch


• Trilingual candidates are highly valued


• Additional language skills may qualify for a language bonus


• Upper secondary education completed


• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field


• Availability for rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (potential for homeworking)
