Inside Sales Romanian - English (Eastern Europe)

What's in it for you?

• A fixed contract after a successful, short interim period.

  between the range of €2800-€3600 gross/month in function of experience and commitment.

• You will work 40h/week with a flexible hour scheme and have the possibility to work occasionally from home (2 days/week).
• You are entitled to as many as 32 days’ holiday/year

Your new role

• You are responsible for drawing up and following up targeted offers that meet the needs of your customers.
• Following up on offers, you are responsible for customer contacts and you are a driving force behind the general administration in cooperation with the account managers.
• You follow-up on orders from A-Z.
• You will be assigned to the specific international region of clients in the East of Europe, which you will further develop through a mix of farming and hunting.
• On top of that it is your objective to deepen business relationships with - existing and new -customers.
• You identify sales opportunities in order to convince clients to choose the company their products and services.

Your profile

• You are customer-oriented and a driven force who wants to achieve visible results together with the entire team.
• Motivation, drive and eagerness to learn
  are your greatest assets.
• The most important is that you are a commercial talent with a technical affinity.
• You are fluent in English and Romanian. Knowledge of any other language (French, Russian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian) is a great-added value.
• Finally, you are stress resistant, flexible and precise.
