Who we’re looking for

Must-haves for this job

• You have experience in earthworks/roadworks
• You can work independently and perform tasks based on clear instructions
• You have a category B driving license. A category C driving license will be a big advantage
• You have a communicative level of English or Dutch

Salary and extra-legal benefits

• Salary between € 19.82 and € 22.37 gross per hour (depending on experience)

Vacation days

• Statutory leave days: you are entitled to leave days according to Belgian legislation, calculated based on your performance in the previous year. This meansaround 20 annual leave days, depending on working hours and performance.
• Construction leave: in the construction sector, there is traditionally a 3-week collective summer vacation leave
• Holiday break: at Christmas, you also have 2 weeks off.
• Compensatory rest days: in addition to statutory leave, there are compensatory rest daysthat are set at the industry level. On these days, you do not work and do not use leave days but take compensatory rest days.

• Laying paving stones
