Hays is looking for a Functional Analyst Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) for an established company active in ERP implementations and digital transformation projects.

Our client supports organizations in optimizing their financial, operational and logistics processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Your new role

As a Functional Analyst Dynamics 365 F&O, you play a key role in ERP implementation projects and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and facilitating customer workshops
• Performing business and functional analysis to understand customer requirements
• Translating business needs into functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Supporting the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation
• Coordinating and executing testing activities
• Supporting change management initiatives during project delivery
• Assisting customers after go-live to ensure successful adoption of the solution
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and representing the organization professionally

You will generally work on one project at a time, enabling you to gain a deep understanding of customer processes and deliver maximum value throughout the project lifecycle.

Your profile

You combine strong business insight with experience in ERP environments and enjoy working in a customer-facing role.

We are looking for someone with:

• Fluent Dutch and English language skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience in ERP implementation projects
• Knowledge of business and functional analysis methodologies
• Understanding of financial, operational and/or logistics processes
• Experience with testing and change management activities
• The ability to facilitate workshops and communicate with different stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A customer-oriented mindset
• The ability to work independently while remaining a team player
• Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude
