• You have experience as a tower crane operator
• You are ready to help with work on the construction site
• You are not afraid of heights
• You work safely, accurately and responsibly
• You are able to work independently, but you are also a true team player
• You have driving license cat. B. Category C will be a big plus
• You know English or Dutch at a communicative level

• Your salary according to experience: €19.517 - €22.374 gross/hour

Vacation days

• Statutory vacation days: you are entitled to vacation days in accordance with Belgian legislation, accrued on the basis of your results in the previous year. This meansabout 20 days of annual leave, depending on the working hours in the contract and results.
• Construction leave: in the construction sector there is a tradition of a 3-week collective summer leave during the holiday period.
• Christmas holidays: at Christmas you also have 2 weeks of leave.
• Rest days: in addition to statutory leave, there are rest daysestablished at the level of the entire sector. On these days you do not work and you do not take vacation days, but you rest.

As a tower crane operator in a company in Nieuwpoort you combine the safe operation of a tower crane with active support of the roofing team.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Operating a tower crane on industrial construction sites
• Moving and lifting construction materials
• Supporting the crew during roof work
• Installing insulation and roofing
• Assisting with assembly and finishing work
