• You have experience as a road construction worker
• You have a category B driving license. Do you have BE or C? That's an additional advantage!
• You work safely and in an organized manner
• You are flexible and ready for physical work
• You have conversational knowledge of English or Dutch

What you can expect

Salary and extra-legal benefits

• Hourly rate from €18.592 gross to €22.374 gross per hour
• Workwear allowance: €0.50/working day
• Reimbursement of travel expenses to work
• Overtime is properly compensated in accordance with sector rules

Vacation days

• Statutory leave days: you are entitled to leave in accordance with Belgian regulations, accrued based on the work results from the previous year.
• Construction leave: In the construction industry, there is a tradition of collective summer leave lasting 3 weeks.
• Holiday leave: Between Christmas and New Year's, you also get 2 weeks off.
• Compensatory rest days: In addition to statutory leave, there are also compensatory rest days established for the entire industry. On these days, you do not work, do not use leave - these are extra days off.

Your workplace

Together with a colleague, you will be traveling from Zedelgem to various construction sites throughout Flanders.

• Earthworks and sewerage works
• Repairs of concrete or asphalt surfaces
