• key responsibilities

  • Preparation: Gathering and verifying all required parts and materials based on welding blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Assembly: Accurately assembling and positioning machine parts into the welding jig, including precise dimensional checks.
  • Tack Welding: Securing and tack-welding parts inside the jig to ensure structural stability before final welding.
  • Welding & Finishing: Performing precision welding on machinery components and grinding/finishing welds where necessary to ensure a clean appearance.
  • Organization & Administration: Stacking welded parts neatly and systematically logging hours and production counts.

  • Welding Expertise: Proven hands-on welding experience with strong technical skills.
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and schematics independently.
  • Workplace Standards: A meticulous, structured, and organized approach to work, with high standards for quality and safety.
  • Autonomy: Strong ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
