Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering or construction-related subject.
• Relevant experience in work planning, cost estimation, engineering or working for a technical consultancy.
• Experience of leading or coaching a team.
• An interest in manufacturing processes, preferably metalworking (laser cutting, bending, welding).
• Strong technical and analytical skills, combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience with ERP systems and costing or planning software.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a strongly digitally-oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of Dutch and a good command of French. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
